these years I have seen thousands of street children in different
countries of Eastern Europe. They are all alike: the same kind
of rags, the same smell - and the same hopeless look in their
eyes. .

For the rescuing of the entire life of most street children
it is sufficient that they are taken care of for five years.
What a short time is that in one's life.
