The hearts of Gennadyi and Marina beat for the children.

Gennadyi Dolbin, the director of our work in Moscow and Yaroslavl, has been one of the pillars of our operations from the start. He is infinitely loving and has a soft spot in his heart for children, but at the same time he is a strict leader and a tenacious fighter.

Gennadyi's wife, Marina, has led the street patrol in Moscow for years, and is like a mother to the abandoned children and youngsters of the streets.

Gennadyi loves the children and they love him.

This couple, committed to the cause of the children, has contributed to the changes in the lives of the countless children, youths, and families.

Less than 15 years ago, Gennadyi was a businessman in the tough car business. - "All of my former business partners are now either dead or in prison!"

There was a spiritual awakening and a profound change when his brother, crippled by the polio, experienced a miracle healing. Gennadyi himself also had to wrestle with the fundamental questions.

- Shortly after my conversion I became a flag bearer for the assistance of the poor large families. I had a great desire to help those in need from the very beginning.

Gennadyi came in the ranks of the Mission Possible in 1995, when the street child project hadn't even started. He was a participant in our literature work. When the street child project started, he soon found himself directing a constantly growing and trailblazing work, where, on the one hand, the battle was for the lives of the children and on the other hand, against the bureaucracy.

- As I look back, it has all been one big miracle. It all started from nothing! If someone had told me ten years ago what would happen, I would have never believed it. The growth of the work, the facilities, the farm! And children who once lived in the streets, smoking and drinking, are now normal young adults who are getting married! And all the saved drug addicts! God has blessed us in incredible ways!

- The first contact to the children in the streets was unforgettable. It was a shock to see children in such a predicament. The rape of the nine-year-old Sergey in the early days of the work was a shock, as well as the encounter with child prostitution. 12-year Natasha was sold for 25 rubles. Such a small child... I could not understand how such things could happen!

- Queen Silvia's visit in a shelter home in 2001 was an unforgettable event. And the donation we received from Dorcas in Holland to build our own shelter home. Incredible!

According to Gennadyi, the trust in God in any situation is what is required from someone in this work.

- In this work there are many difficulties and disappointments, and a lot of patience is needed. When something bad happens, one cannot panic or become discouraged. We had tremendous difficulties during the first three years. With the help from God, however, we overcame them and triumphed.

- If God has given us this work, He will help us with His might if we just remain faithful and trusting.

"I do not regret that we have walked this path, there are so many who have been saved.
They visit us even today. I am a fortunate man, the life has not just passed me by!"
